Petco has invested in the expansion of its hospitals and clinic operations to provide the best medical care for pets. Method partnered with Petco to define the future digital experience that drives pet parents to seamlessly find and book a vet services appointment online.









From research to final designs, we wanted to better understand the holistic customer journey and pain points.

    We tested 2 design directions to understand general user habits and preferences pertaining to vet care, and identify design characteristics that lend to easy discovery and booking.






    Based on findings, aspects of each direction were combined to create a needs-first discovery experience that guides pet parents to book an appointment that’s most convenient for them.
